Step 1

Create a family profile complete with your pets' specific details in our client portal hosted by Time to Pet. We recommend downloading the phone app to access your account and communication on the go.

Step 2

Submit your booking request with dates of desired care, services that fit your expectation, and any additional notes to help us determine the best fit sitter.

Step 3

Our directors will confirm availability with the best fit sitter and coordinate a meet & greet with the director and sitter present.
